As part of advancing its mission to promote Direct Care, the Direct Care Foundation, or DCF, is the legal sponsor of the Atlas Direct insurance plan, which is a group fixed-indemnity insurance product available exclusively to DPC patients who are Patient Members of the Direct Care Foundation.
The Direct Care Foundation sponsors the Atlas Direct insurance plan for its Patient Members.
Please understand that Patient Membership in the Direct Care Foundation costs just $1 per month and to become a Patient Member in good standing you only need to attest that you are either currently under the care of a Direct Primary Care provider or that you expect to be within 60 days.
