For your convenience, we have prepared two lists of the 439 surgeries and medical procedures covered by the Atlas Direct insurance plan.
The first list presents the 439 surgeries and diagnostic procedures sequentially by their respective medical-billing codes.
The second list presents the 439 surgeries and diagnostic procedures grouped by category, such as eye surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, breast surgeries, and so on.
Please note that some states place restrictions on the surgeries and medical procedures that Atlas Direct’s insurance plan is allowed to cover. Thus, in those states, fewer than 439 surgeries and medical procedures may be covered. Please refer to the Certificate of Coverage and Schedule of Benefits that apply to your state of residence for the applicable list.
