To manage your Atlas Direct account, first log in to your member portal on the Atlas Direct website.
This initial step of logging in is slightly different depending on whether you are using a laptop or desktop computer on the one hand or a smartphone or mobile device on the other.
- If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, the “Log In” link is at the upper-right corner of the homepage for www.atlas.direct.
- If you are on a smart phone or mobile device, you can get to the login link by going to www.atlas.direct and then clicking on the circular menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
At this point, you will be able to see separate sections named Account, Billing, and Claims.
- In the Account section, you will be able to change account information for yourself and any dependents, and also see the Document Locker that contains your plan documents.
- In the Billing section, you will be able to view current and previous invoices and see the credit card that is currently being charged each month. If you wish to change the credit card, please click on the “Change Payment Method” button and enter the information for your new card.
- In the Claims section, you will find instructions on how to file a claim.
There is also a circular head-and-shoulders icon that will allow you to change your password, cancel coverage for all people on your plan, or log out.
- If you are using a laptop or desktop computer and have logged into your member account, the circular head-and-shoulders icon will be located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- If you are on a mobile device, the circular head-and-shoulders icon can be accessed by clicking on the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the screen once you have logged in to your account.
