If your Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider discontinues their services or if you decide to switch DPC providers, your Atlas Direct coverage will not be affected during your current one-year coverage period.

At the time of renewal, though, you will need to attest that you are either under the care of a new Direct Primary Care provider or expect to be within 60 days. This ensures that you remain in compliance with the membership requirements of the Direct Care Foundation (DCF), which sponsors Atlas Direct’s group insurance policy.
