Here’s how you can go online to cancel your Atlas Direct coverage for all persons currently covered.
The initial directions are slightly different for laptop and desktop computers versus smartphones and mobile devices.
- If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, log in to your account at www.atlas.direct and then click on the circular icon in the upper-right corner that contains the image of a head and shoulders.
- If you are on a mobile device, log into your account at www.atlas.direct and then click on the menu icon in the upper-right corner to show the circular icon with the head and shoulders symbol. Click on that head-and-shoulders icon.
After you have clicked on the head-and-shoulders icon, you should be presented with three options: Cancel Account, Change Password, and Logout. To cancel your coverage, click the Cancel Account option and follow the directions.
- Please note that following the above directions will cancel coverage for everyone currently covered under your coverage. If you would, instead, like to cancel coverage only for one or more dependents but keep coverage for everyone else, please contact our customer service team by phone at 316-234-1309, by email at [support@atlas.direct](mailto:support@ atlas.direct), or through the live chat feature on our website.
Also note that anyone whose Atlas Direct coverage gets canceled by you must wait one year before reapplying.
If you are the Primary Member, you cannot cancel your own coverage without canceling coverage for everyone else who is currently covered along with you.
